The Legends is located on Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. We are a short stroll—200 yards—to one of the most magnificent beaches in the United States. The emerald Gulf waters are in view from your private deck!

The spacious, 1,400-square-feet, two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath townhouse is full of modern amenities. King-size bed in large master with garden tub, Jacuzzi, cathedral ceiling and separate shower. Private deck with Gulf view from master bedroom. Two double beds in second bedroom with private bath and walk in closet. First floor has large kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area and separate laundry room. Private deck off of first floor. Pool view. Covered parking. The private property has 22 units. It also has two pools, (one heated) both with Jacuzzi's.

Gulf Place shops and restaurants are only one-quarter mile away. The Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club is only a mile away. If tennis is your game, bring your racquets, the court is right on the property and available for your use! Sandestin Factory Stores only eight miles!
