• This charming 2 story Beach Cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 2 1⁄2 Baths, Sleeps 6
• One of the few free standing single cottages remaining on the Gulf Coast!
• The large wooden deck overlooking the gulf is one of its most outstanding features and is perfect for outdoor dining and watching sunsets.
• The Seaside cottage décor captures a cozy nostalgic feeling, like the older beach houses we visited in our childhoods!
• Parking for 3 cars is possible under the cottage, with the main living area up one flight of stairs. The newly completed white beaded board kitchen opens to the dining area for 6, separated by a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The living area has glass doors and windows all facing the gulf, offering incredible views. In addition a half bath and laundry closet are off the entry hall.
• Three bedrooms are on the upstairs level, the master has a queen bed with a private bath including a tub/shower. A cozy bay window with sitting area has panoramic views of the gulf.
• Twin beds are perfect for the second guest bedroom, while a queen bed occupies the third. These 2 bedrooms share a nice hall bath with tub/shower.
• Fun fish and palm tree designs are custom painted on the sinks and tiles in the bathrooms, which add to the cottage whimsy, while fish pillows and playful artwork are used through out the house.
• Extensive remodeling has been underway for many months since Ivan, resulting in a totally new interior! Exterior improvements make the cottage look like it was just built!
• A new board walk has just been completed and from the carport, takes you almost down to the beach! This is a real plus! A large storage room downstairs is great for beach supplies.
• Enjoy the Molokai pool across the street, or try your luck at fishing off the Molokai dock which is on Ole River, - also a sitting area with benches looks over the water. All the right ingredients to make this the perfect vacation spot for you to come year after year!
