About Rick
Rick's journey began at the University of Northern Colorado, where he earned degrees in Community Recreation and Parks and Recreation Administration. His passion for community and service led him to the Gulf Coast, where he launched the RE/MAX concept in Gulf Shores in 1990. After successfully selling the business to his partners, he brought the Century 21 franchise to the area, making it the top-producing office in the Southeast for seven of eight years! ๐
A Proven Track Record
In 2002, Rick transformed his franchise into ONO Professional Partners, an independent brokerage company. Under his leadership, the firm’s sales soared past $105 million in 2006. As the marketing powerhouse behind 19 condominium projects, Rick has overseen the development and sale of 1,819 units, generating over $410 million in sales. ๐
Community Leader
Rick's commitment extends beyond real estate. As a founding member of Vision Bank, he played a pivotal role in its growth to 17 locations. His dedication to community service is evident through his roles as past Chairman of the Board for The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and various positions with the Baldwin County Association of Realtors. ๐ฆ๐ข
